Dear Mr. Brilliant,

Your Company was retained by my insurance Company, High Point, to oversee the removal of contamination on my property due to leakage from an oil tank removal. I was satisfied with the company I had hired to remove the tank so I decided to keep them for the remediation part. BIG MISTAKE!
